Refund policy

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, but we know that things can sometimes go awry. If you’re not entirely satisfied, please contact us at hello@gingernuity.farm within 7 days of receiving your order so we can work with you to agree upon the best resolution.

In cases where a refund is the agreed course of action, the funds will be returned to the original payment card used for your order.

Please note that—for reasons of hygiene and customer safety—we are unable to accept returns for any soaps or skincare products.
