Our products have not been specifically assessed for use by children under 3 years of age, therefore we do not recommend it.

We believe that small is beautiful, which is why we only make small-batches of soap (usually 10 bars at a time). We use the cold-process method where oils, butters and any colours and scents are blended with a lye solution to allow saponification (the chemical reaction) to happen – the soap then needs to air-cure for 4-6 weeks.

We appreciate it can be frustrating when stock levels get low, or they run out at times, but we aim to restock them as soon as the batches have finished curing.

As Lao Tzu said, “Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished”. Disclaimer: I didn’t actually hear Lao say this, but the internet says it’s true so it must be.
